TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The giveaway is only open to residents of South Australia aged 18 years and older.
Entry into the giveaway will be deemed as acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
There is no entry fee or other hidden fees to enter this giveaway.
Entrants must ensure that their Instagram profile is set to public to enter this giveaway.
The photo session is for 1-2hours with 10 photo edits in digital format.
Hair, makeup, and wardrobe not included.
The final post-production and editing styles, effect and overall look of the images are left to the discretion of Nargis Rahimi Photography. At no stage will RAW files be delivered.
The shoot must take place within 20 KMs from Adelaide CBD and must take place on weekends.
The winner must sign a release form and must agree to its Terms & Conditions.
The closing date for the entry will be 8th of August 2021 at 5pm. No further entries to the giveaway will be permitted after this date.
The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are non-transferable.
The winner will be randomly drawn on 10th of August 2021. The winner will be notified via Instagram DM within 48 hours.
The winner must claim their prize by responding to Nargis Rahimi Photography within 14 days of the date of draw. In failing to do so, they will forfeit the prize and a new winner will be drawn.
Nargis Rahimi Photography reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice due to force majeure. Any changes to the giveaway will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.
Nargis Rahimi Photography’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the giveaway will be final and no correspondence will be entered.
Nargis Rahimi Photography reserves the right to disqualify, and entrants deemed inappropriate or dishonest.
